City Council 3-3-26

A presentation by and discussion with David Halbert-MPA, Director of External Affairs, Framingham State University, regarding the Campus Master Plan.

Upon request of the Appointments Subcommittee a recommendation regarding the appointment of two members to serve in member seats of the Human Relations Commission through June 30, 2026: Aimee Khan-D6 (self withdrawn 2/25) and Bradley Bauler-D5.

Upon request of the Appointment Subcommittee, a recommendation regarding the appointment movement of Elsiana Zhaka-D6 from an associate member, to serve as a full member of the Planning Board through June 30, 2027.

Upon request of the Finance Subcommittee, a recommendation regarding the FY2027-FY2031 Recommended Capital Improvement Program (formerly Plan).

Upon request of the Planning & Zoning Subcommittee, that the City Council vote to advertise the zoning amendment for public hearing, and that it be referred to the Planning Board for its own advertisement and public hearing, consideration of an ordinance to protect the integrity of our neighborhoods.

Upon request of the Mayor, a referral to the Finance Subcommittee consideration to raise and appropriate, transfer from free cash, or otherwise provide a sum or sums of money for the support of the Snow and Ice operations of the City for the payment of all necessary expenses of the City for the Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026) which total $1,500,000.
